Placitas Trails Homeowners may choose from the PTHA Menu on your left to view a variety of documents. Included are the PTHA Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, CC&Rs, current and archived newsletters, and PTHA meeting minutes. A comment page is also available to post your questions and/or comments.

Water Cooperative (PTWC)

The Placitas Trails Water Coop is a non-profit cooperative association, owned by residents of Placitas Trails. A body of five volunteers who are elected once a year for a three-year term serve as board members and are responsible for getting water to each of the members.

Included are the PTWC Consumer Confidence Reports, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, current and archived newsletters, audited financials, and board meeting minutes.
